The technician showed up and told me the heating element is going out but since it still heats water it is not an immediate need replacement so they will not replace it. I already paid $415 along with $395 last year and $375 per year for the three previous years (total $1935) with only one claim for an a/c blower fan motor replacement. This doesn't count the visits I paid $55 and nothing was done to resolve my issue. My realtor purchased the first year plan and I purchased the second year.
